Based on the information provided by the client, the stadium management will submit a detailed offer for the respective event. This offer is non-binding for both the client and the stadium management.

The client may confirm the order verbally or in writing. The contract only becomes binding upon written confirmation of the order by the stadium management. Details of the agreement between the client and the stadium management are set out in the written order confirmation and the most recently sent offer, with any annexes forming an integral part of the agreement between the parties.

All rights to the sketches, illustrations, and texts provided remain the intellectual property of Stadion Letzigrund or the Sports Office of the City of Zurich.

  • 2. Change in Number of Attendees

The client is obliged to report the number of attendees in writing and as early as possible. The final number of attendees must be communicated no later than 5 business days prior to the event. Changes in the number of attendees may result in adjustments to the calculated prices.

  • 3. Minor Changes

The stadium management reserves the right to make minor adjustments to its services in the event of short-term changes in market availability, due to missing supplies, or significantly increased prices. In doing so, the interests and wishes of the client will be taken into account, and an equivalent fulfillment of the order will be provided.

  • 4. Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation of an order by the client, the stadium management will charge the following fees:

    • Up to 30 business days before the event: actual costs incurred will be charged
    • 30 to 14 business days before the event: 50% of the most recent offer amount
    • 13 to 7 business days before the event: 75% of the most recent offer amount
    • From the 6th business day prior to the event: 100% of the most recent offer amount

If the stadium management has reason to believe that the event could compromise the smooth operation, safety, or reputation of Stadion Letzigrund, it is entitled to terminate the contract at any time without compensation.

If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, schedule changes, concert postponements, or official orders, the stadium management is entitled to withdraw from the contract without compensation.

  • 5. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date.

  • 6. Liability for Damages

The client is liable for any damage to rented property caused by their event attendees, artists, technicians, or other participants. The stadium management accepts no liability for theft or damage to clothing and personal belongings brought in by event attendees.

  • 7. Insurance / Permits

Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for obtaining the necessary insurance coverage for property and personal damage, as well as for all legally required permits related to the event.

When operating audio and video systems or UHF equipment, any visual or audio content used by the client must comply with the terms set by the respective rights holders. Performance licenses, permits, and SUISA and BAKOM fees must be obtained and settled by the client at their own expense. The client shall indemnify and hold the stadium management harmless from any claims for damages by rights holders resulting from improper use of audio, visual materials, or software.
