2. Change in Number of Attendees
The client is obliged to report the number of attendees in writing and as early as possible. The final number of attendees must be communicated no later than 5 business days prior to the event. This number serves as the basis for billing. Full costs will be charged for attendees who do not attend. Later changes cannot be guaranteed. Additional attendees will be invoiced to the client. Changes in the number of attendees may result in adjustments to the calculated prices.

Parking
There are no parking spaces available directly on the stadium premises. Parking around Stadium Letzigrund is limited. Please note that for large public events, parking signage must be strictly observed.
The underground parking garage at the stadium and the Schlachthof lot are accessible only with a valid parking permit.
Alternatively, several public parking garages are within walking distance (fee required):
- Letzipark Shopping Center – approx. 5 minutes on foot
- Hardau II Parking Garage – approx. 5 minutes on foot
- Park and Ride Altstetten – approx. 10 minutes on foot or 2 tram stops via Line 2 (towards Tiefenbrunnen)

The Oval Restaurant offers a diverse culinary selection for corporate events at Stadium Letzigrund. Our event management team is happy to assist you with planning and selecting food and beverages tailored to your preferences and budget.
Note: Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted. All catering is provided by our catering partner ZFV-Genossenschaft. Exceptions are possible only after prior consultation.

Accessibility
Stadium Letzigrund is fully accessible and offers dedicated facilities for people with reduced mobility.
Sector C offers 65 covered wheelchair spaces. These are reserved exclusively for wheelchair users and their accompanying person.
Stadium Access
Accessible entrances are located at Gates B and C.
Guests with disabilities who have purchased a regular standing or seated ticket do not have access to the wheelchair platforms.
Parking
A limited number of disability parking spaces are available on Bienenstrasse. Access is only permitted with a valid official parking permit for persons with disabilities. For questions or to request a parking permit, please contact the event organizer directly.

Multiple rooms can be booked simultaneously, allowing different events or program activities to take place in parallel or at staggered times.

Access & Entry
The accessible main entrance is located next to Gate 4 and leads directly to Sector C, where the accessible seating is located. Our on-site staff will be happy to assist you with entry.
Wheelchair seats
Sector C, blocks C18 to C22, offers a total of 65 covered wheelchair spaces. These seats are reserved exclusively for wheelchair users and their accompanying person. Companions may stand directly beside or behind the wheelchair space to watch the event.
Restrooms
Two accessible toilets are located in Sector C near the stands. Blind or visually impaired visitors are advised to use the ground-level, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, as these are easier to locate.

Lost & Found
In case of lost items at the stadium, please fill out the following online form for faster processing:
Lost Item Retention & Procedure:
- Found items are kept at the stadium until the end of the respective calendar year.
- After this period, unclaimed items will be appropriately disposed of or passed on.
- Important documents, such as identification cards, are forwarded to the relevant authorities.
- Payment and credit cards are securely destroyed after seven days for safety reasons, as it is assumed that the owners have initiated the necessary blocking measures.
Please report lost items as soon as possible.

4. Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of an order by the client, the stadium management will charge the following fees:
- Up to 30 business days before the event: actual costs incurred will be charged
- 30 to 14 business days before the event: 50% of the most recent offer amount
- 13 to 7 business days before the event: 75% of the most recent offer amount
- From the 6th business day prior to the event: 100% of the most recent offer amount
If the stadium management has reason to believe that the event could compromise the smooth operation, safety, or reputation of Stadion Letzigrund, it is entitled to terminate the contract at any time without compensation.
If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, schedule changes, concert postponements, or official orders, the stadium management is entitled to withdraw from the contract without compensation.

Prohibited Items
The possession or use of the following items inside the stadium is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the premises or legal action:
- Weapons or dangerous objects
- Pyrotechnics, fireworks, smoke bombs
- Face coverings of any kind
- Laser pointers, spray cans, or corrosive liquids
- Symbols promoting violence, discrimination, or political extremism
- Items for commercial purposes without approval
- Vehicles, skateboards, bicycles
- No animals allowed (except guide dogs)

Maternity & Childcare
In the hospitality areas of Stadium Letzigrund, changing facilities and stroller parking are available. Visitors with a valid hospitality ticket can use these services.
In the public areas of the stadium, there are no changing facilities or stroller parking. Nursing rooms are not provided. Bringing breast pumps is allowed in all areas.

Maternity & Childcare
Unfortunately, Stadium Letzigrund does not provide changing facilities or dedicated nursing rooms.
For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed inside the stadium, and no stroller parking is available on-site. Bringing breast pumps, however, is permitted.

At the food and beverage stands in the Stadium, only cashless payments are accepted. Credit and debit cards are accepted. TWINT is not supported at concerts.

Bags & Backpacks
Bringing bags and backpacks into Letzigrund Stadium during football matches is permitted provided they do not exceed A4 size. Larger bags or backpacks are not allowed for security reasons. Please bring only essential items.

The client is liable for any damage to rented property caused by their event attendees, artists, technicians, or other participants. The stadium management accepts no liability for theft or damage to clothing and personal belongings brought in by event attendees.

1. Agreement between the Client and Stadium Management
Based on the information provided by the client, the stadium management will submit a detailed offer for the respective event. This offer is non-binding for both the client and the stadium management.
The client may confirm the order verbally or in writing. The contract only becomes binding upon written confirmation of the order by the stadium management. Details of the agreement between the client and the stadium management are set out in the written order confirmation and the most recently sent offer, with any annexes forming an integral part of the agreement between the parties.
All rights to the sketches, illustrations, and texts provided remain the intellectual property of Stadion Letzigrund or the Sports Office of the City of Zurich.

5. Use of Third-Party Tools
Cyon Hosting
Our website is hosted by Cyon GmbH (Brunngässlein 12, 4052 Basel, Switzerland). Cyon provides the server infrastructure through which our web content is stored, processed, and delivered. yawave
For our communication and marketing processes, we use components of the yawave platform (yawave AG, Lucerne, Switzerland). The yawave software allows, among other things, cross-channel creation and publication of content, subscription to news, user interaction through tools (e.g., online forms, feedback, sharing), and central management and use of customer data.
Stadium Letzigrund also uses yawave as a mailing tool to send notifications, newsletters, and event-related information to stakeholders, customers, and interested users. Personal data such as name and email address are processed to manage subscriptions and to personalize and deliver content. Users can unsubscribe from such communications at any time.

For corporate events, it is possible to book a stadium tour as an additional option. This option can be selected directly in the corporate events inquiry form under Additional Services. After receiving the request, we will coordinate the tour and confirm availability as part of the event planning process.

7. Retention Periods for Your Data
Comments you leave on our website, along with the associated metadata, are stored indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments without them having to be reviewed again in a moderation queue.
Data collected as part of signing up for our newsletter, such as your name and email address, will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Similarly, technical data required to provide push notifications will be stored as long as you have this feature enabled. After a withdrawal or unsubscription, this data will be deleted.

7. Insurance / Permits
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for obtaining the necessary insurance coverage for property and personal damage, as well as for all legally required permits related to the event.
When operating audio and video systems or UHF equipment, any visual or audio content used by the client must comply with the terms set by the respective rights holders. Performance licenses, permits, and SUISA and BAKOM fees must be obtained and settled by the client at their own expense. The client shall indemnify and hold the stadium management harmless from any claims for damages by rights holders resulting from improper use of audio, visual materials, or software.

Age Restrictions
Concert attendance is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Children and teenagers aged 6–14 may only enter when accompanied by an adult. Stadium Letzigrund assumes no responsibility or liability for any physical injuries resulting from non-compliance.

Directions & Public Transport
Stadium Letzigrund is easily accessible by public transport. We recommend all visitors, especially on match days, to travel by train, tram, or bus.
By Train
Take a train to Zürich HB. From there, the fastest way to reach Stadium Letzigrund is by S-Bahn. Board a line heading towards Bahnhof Altstetten. After arriving at Altstetten, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the stadium along well-signposted and safe urban routes.
By Tram / Bus
From Zürich HB, you can reach Stadium Letzigrund conveniently by tram. Take Line 3 towards Albisrieden or Line 14 towards Triemli to the Stauffacher stop. There, transfer to Line 2 towards Schlieren, which takes you directly to the Letzigrund stop. The journey takes about 15–20 minutes and runs at regular intervals.
Alternatively, you can take Bus 31 towards Zürich Hermetschloo and get off at the SBB-Werkstätte stop. From there, it’s only a five-minute walk to the stadium.
By Car
If traveling by car, approach via central Zürich. Follow the signs marked «Stadion Letzigrund» which lead directly to the venue. Please note that parking around the stadium is limited. We therefore recommend arriving early or using public transport, especially on event days when traffic is heavier.

The client is obliged to report the number of attendees in writing and as early as possible. The final number of attendees must be communicated no later than 5 business days prior to the event. This number serves as the basis for billing. Full costs will be charged for attendees who do not attend. Later changes cannot be guaranteed. Additional attendees will be invoiced to the client. Changes in the number of attendees may result in adjustments to the calculated prices.

There are no parking spaces available directly on the stadium premises. Parking around Stadium Letzigrund is limited. Please note that for large public events, parking signage must be strictly observed.
The underground parking garage at the stadium and the Schlachthof lot are accessible only with a valid parking permit.

Sector C, blocks C18 to C22, offers a total of 65 covered wheelchair spaces. These seats are reserved exclusively for wheelchair users and their accompanying person. Companions may stand directly beside or behind the wheelchair space to watch the event.

Two accessible toilets are located in Sector C near the stands. Blind or visually impaired visitors are advised to use the ground-level, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, as these are easier to locate.

Lost & Found
In case of lost items at the stadium, please fill out the following online form for faster processing:
Lost Item Retention & Procedure:
- Found items are kept at the stadium until the end of the respective calendar year.
- After this period, unclaimed items will be appropriately disposed of or passed on.
- Important documents, such as identification cards, are forwarded to the relevant authorities.
- Payment and credit cards are securely destroyed after seven days for safety reasons, as it is assumed that the owners have initiated the necessary blocking measures.

4. Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of an order by the client, the stadium management will charge the following fees:
- Up to 30 business days before the event: actual costs incurred will be charged
- 30 to 14 business days before the event: 50% of the most recent offer amount
- 13 to 7 business days before the event: 75% of the most recent offer amount
- From the 6th business day prior to the event: 100% of the most recent offer amount
If the stadium management has reason to believe that the event could compromise the smooth operation, safety, or reputation of Stadion Letzigrund, it is entitled to terminate the contract at any time without compensation.
If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, schedule changes, concert postponements, or official orders, the stadium management is entitled to withdraw from the contract without compensation.

1. Agreement between the Client and Stadium Management
Based on the information provided by the client, the stadium management will submit a detailed offer for the respective event. This offer is non-binding for both the client and the stadium management.
The client may confirm the order verbally or in writing. The contract only becomes binding upon written confirmation of the order by the stadium management. Details of the agreement between the client and the stadium management are set out in the written order confirmation and the most recently sent offer, with any annexes forming an integral part of the agreement between the parties.
All rights to the sketches, illustrations, and texts provided remain the intellectual property of Stadion Letzigrund or the Sports Office of the City of Zurich.

Cyon Hosting
Our website is hosted by Cyon GmbH (Brunngässlein 12, 4052 Basel, Switzerland). Cyon provides the server infrastructure through which our web content is stored, processed, and delivered. 7. Retention Periods for Your Data
Comments you leave on our website, along with the associated metadata, are stored indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments without them having to be reviewed again in a moderation queue.
Data collected as part of signing up for our newsletter, such as your name and email address, will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. 7. Insurance / Permits
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for obtaining the necessary insurance coverage for property and personal damage, as well as for all legally required permits related to the event.
When operating audio and video systems or UHF equipment, any visual or audio content used by the client must comply with the terms set by the respective rights holders. Performance licenses, permits, and SUISA and BAKOM fees must be obtained and settled by the client at their own expense. The client shall indemnify and hold the stadium management harmless from any claims for damages by rights holders resulting from improper use of audio, visual materials, or software.

Age Restrictions
Concert attendance is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Children and teenagers aged 6–14 may only enter when accompanied by an adult. Stadium Letzigrund assumes no responsibility or liability for any physical injuries resulting from non-compliance.

Visits without a guide are not possible. The stadium can only be accessed as part of a booked guided tour.

Directions & Public Transport
Stadium Letzigrund is easily accessible by public transport. We recommend all visitors, especially on match days, to travel by train, tram, or bus.
By Train
Take a train to Zürich HB. From there, the fastest way to reach Stadium Letzigrund is by S-Bahn. Board a line heading towards Bahnhof Altstetten. After arriving at Altstetten, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the stadium along well-signposted and safe urban routes.
By Tram / Bus
From Zürich HB, you can reach Stadium Letzigrund conveniently by tram. Take Line 3 towards Albisrieden or Line 14 towards Triemli to the Stauffacher stop. There, transfer to Line 2 towards Schlieren, which takes you directly to the Letzigrund stop. The journey takes about 15–20 minutes and runs at regular intervals.
Alternatively, you can take Bus 31 towards Zürich Hermetschloo and get off at the SBB-Werkstätte stop. From there, it’s only a five-minute walk to the stadium.
By Car
If traveling by car, approach via central Zürich. Follow the signs marked «Stadion Letzigrund» which lead directly to the venue. Please note that parking around the stadium is limited. We therefore recommend arriving early or using public transport, especially on event days when traffic is heavier.

Strollers are allowed during the stadium tour. Please note, however, that some stairs must be climbed during the tour.

2. Change in Number of Attendees
The client is obliged to report the number of attendees in writing and as early as possible. The final number of attendees must be communicated no later than 5 business days prior to the event. This number serves as the basis for billing. Full costs will be charged for attendees who do not attend. Later changes cannot be guaranteed. Additional attendees will be invoiced to the client. Changes in the number of attendees may result in adjustments to the calculated prices.

Parking
There are no parking spaces available directly on the stadium premises. Parking around Stadium Letzigrund is limited. Please note that for large public events, parking signage must be strictly observed.
The underground parking garage at the stadium and the Schlachthof lot are accessible only with a valid parking permit.
Alternatively, several public parking garages are within walking distance (fee required):
- Letzipark Shopping Center – approx. 5 minutes on foot
- Hardau II Parking Garage – approx. 5 minutes on foot

Access & Entry
The accessible main entrance is located next to Gate 4 and leads directly to Sector C, where the accessible seating is located. Our on-site staff will be happy to assist you with entry.
Wheelchair seats
Sector C, blocks C18 to C22, offers a total of 65 covered wheelchair spaces. These seats are reserved exclusively for wheelchair users and their accompanying person. Companions may stand directly beside or behind the wheelchair space to watch the event.
Restrooms
Two accessible toilets are located in Sector C near the stands. Blind or visually impaired visitors are advised to use the ground-level, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, as these are easier to locate.

Lost & Found
In case of lost items at the stadium, please fill out the following online form for faster processing:
Lost Item Retention & Procedure:
- Found items are kept at the stadium until the end of the respective calendar year.
- After this period, unclaimed items will be appropriately disposed of or passed on.
- Important documents, such as identification cards, are forwarded to the relevant authorities.
- Payment and credit cards are securely destroyed after seven days for safety reasons, as it is assumed that the owners have initiated the necessary blocking measures.
Please report lost items as soon as possible.

4. Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of an order by the client, the stadium management will charge the following fees:
- Up to 30 business days before the event: actual costs incurred will be charged
- 30 to 14 business days before the event: 50% of the most recent offer amount
- 13 to 7 business days before the event: 75% of the most recent offer amount
- From the 6th business day prior to the event: 100% of the most recent offer amount
If the stadium management has reason to believe that the event could compromise the smooth operation, safety, or reputation of Stadion Letzigrund, it is entitled to terminate the contract at any time without compensation.
If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, schedule changes, concert postponements, or official orders, the stadium management is entitled to withdraw from the contract without compensation.

The possession or use of the following items inside the stadium is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the premises or legal action:

- Face coverings of any kind

Maternity & Childcare
In the hospitality areas of Stadium Letzigrund, changing facilities and stroller parking are available. Visitors with a valid hospitality ticket can use these services.
In the public areas of the stadium, there are no changing facilities or stroller parking. Nursing rooms are not provided. Bringing breast pumps is allowed in all areas.

1. Agreement between the Client and Stadium Management
Based on the information provided by the client, the stadium management will submit a detailed offer for the respective event. This offer is non-binding for both the client and the stadium management.
The client may confirm the order verbally or in writing. The contract only becomes binding upon written confirmation of the order by the stadium management. Details of the agreement between the client and the stadium management are set out in the written order confirmation and the most recently sent offer, with any annexes forming an integral part of the agreement between the parties.
All rights to the sketches, illustrations, and texts provided remain the intellectual property of Stadion Letzigrund or the Sports Office of the City of Zurich.

Cyon Hosting
Our website is hosted by Cyon GmbH (Brunngässlein 12, 4052 Basel, Switzerland). Cyon provides the server infrastructure through which our web content is stored, processed, and delivered. For our communication and marketing processes, we use components of the yawave platform (yawave AG, Lucerne, Switzerland). The yawave software allows, among other things, cross-channel creation and publication of content, subscription to news, user interaction through tools (e.g., online forms, feedback, sharing), and central management and use of customer data.
Stadium Letzigrund also uses yawave as a mailing tool to send notifications, newsletters, and event-related information to stakeholders, customers, and interested users. Lockers and Luggage Storage
No lockers or luggage storage are available during the stadium tour. Please bring only luggage that you can carry yourself. Also note that some stairs must be climbed during the tour.

Stadium Tour as Additional Service
For corporate events, it is possible to book a stadium tour as an additional option. This option can be selected directly in the corporate events inquiry form under Additional Services. After receiving the request, we will coordinate the tour and confirm availability as part of the event planning process.

Concert Tickets
Tickets for concerts at Stadium Letzigrund are available through the official ticket partners of each event. Please note that entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
Depending on the event and capacity, an on-site box office may also be available. Information can be found on the organizer’s website.

7. Retention Periods for Your Data
Comments you leave on our website, along with the associated metadata, are stored indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments without them having to be reviewed again in a moderation queue.
Data collected as part of signing up for our newsletter, such as your name and email address, will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Similarly, technical data required to provide push notifications will be stored as long as you have this feature enabled. After a withdrawal or unsubscription, this data will be deleted.

7. Insurance / Permits
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for obtaining the necessary insurance coverage for property and personal damage, as well as for all legally required permits related to the event.
When operating audio and video systems or UHF equipment, any visual or audio content used by the client must comply with the terms set by the respective rights holders. Performance licenses, permits, and SUISA and BAKOM fees must be obtained and settled by the client at their own expense. The client shall indemnify and hold the stadium management harmless from any claims for damages by rights holders resulting from improper use of audio, visual materials, or software.

Age Restrictions
Concert attendance is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Children and teenagers aged 6–14 may only enter when accompanied by an adult. Stadium Letzigrund assumes no responsibility or liability for any physical injuries resulting from non-compliance.

Non-guided Tours
Visits without a guide are not possible. The stadium can only be accessed as part of a booked guided tour.

8. Additional Provisions
The client obtains all catering services from ZFV-Unternehmung.
All prices apply exclusively until 11:30 PM; any extension beyond this time will be charged additionally.
Within the scope of applicable legal provisions, the client has the right to obtain free information about their stored personal data, the purpose of data processing, and, if applicable, the right to have this data corrected, blocked, or deleted.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Zurich. The stadium regulations of Stadion Letzigrund form an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.

Our stadium tours offer an exclusive insight into the various areas of Stadium Letzigrund. The tour includes, among others:

Directions & Public Transport
Stadium Letzigrund is easily accessible by public transport. We recommend all visitors, especially on match days, to travel by train, tram, or bus.
By Train
Take a train to Zürich HB. From there, the fastest way to reach Stadium Letzigrund is by S-Bahn. Board a line heading towards Bahnhof Altstetten. After arriving at Altstetten, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the stadium along well-signposted and safe urban routes.
By Tram / Bus
From Zürich HB, you can reach Stadium Letzigrund conveniently by tram. Take Line 3 towards Albisrieden or Line 14 towards Triemli to the Stauffacher stop. There, transfer to Line 2 towards Schlieren, which takes you directly to the Letzigrund stop. The journey takes about 15–20 minutes and runs at regular intervals.
Alternatively, you can take Bus 31 towards Zürich Hermetschloo and get off at the SBB-Werkstätte stop. From there, it’s only a five-minute walk to the stadium.
By Car
If traveling by car, approach via central Zürich. Follow the signs marked «Stadion Letzigrund» which lead directly to the venue. Please note that parking around the stadium is limited. We therefore recommend arriving early or using public transport, especially on event days when traffic is heavier.
