  • Parking

    There are no parking spaces available directly on the stadium premises. Parking around Stadium Letzigrund is limited. Please note that for large public events, parking signage must be strictly observed.

    The underground parking garage at the stadium and the Schlachthof lot are accessible only with a valid parking permit.

    Alternatively, several public parking garages are within walking distance (fee required):

    • Letzipark Shopping Center – approx. 5 minutes on foot
    • Hardau II Parking Garage – approx. 5 minutes on foot
    • Park and Ride Altstetten – approx. 10 minutes on foot or 2 tram stops via Line 2 (towards Tiefenbrunnen)
  • Entry Times & Security Checks

    Entry times depend on the specific event. Please check your ticket for the exact times or visit the official websites of the clubs for more information:

    Access to the stadium is only permitted with a valid ticket or accreditation. Please have your ticket ready at the entrance and follow the instructions of the security staff.

  • Accessibility

    Stadium Letzigrund is fully accessible and offers dedicated facilities for visitors with reduced mobility.

    Access & Entry

    The accessible main entrance is located next to Gate 4 and leads directly to Sector C, where the accessible seating is located. Our on-site staff will be happy to assist you with entry.

    Wheelchair seats

    Sector C, blocks C18 to C22, offers a total of 65 covered wheelchair spaces. These seats are reserved exclusively for wheelchair users and their accompanying person. Companions may stand directly beside or behind the wheelchair space to watch the event.

    Restrooms

    Two accessible toilets are located in Sector C near the stands. Blind or visually impaired visitors are advised to use the ground-level, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, as these are easier to locate.

  • Lost & Found

    In case of lost items at the stadium, please fill out the following online form for faster processing:

    Lost Item Retention & Procedure:

    • Found items are kept at the stadium until the end of the respective calendar year.
    • After this period, unclaimed items will be appropriately disposed of or passed on.
    • Important documents, such as identification cards, are forwarded to the relevant authorities.
    • Payment and credit cards are securely destroyed after seven days for safety reasons, as it is assumed that the owners have initiated the necessary blocking measures.

    Please report lost items as soon as possible.

  • Prohibited Items

    The possession or use of the following items inside the stadium is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the premises or legal action:

    • Weapons or dangerous objects
    • Pyrotechnics, fireworks, smoke bombs
    • Face coverings of any kind
    • Laser pointers, spray cans, or corrosive liquids
    • Symbols promoting violence, discrimination, or political extremism
    • Items for commercial purposes without approval
    • Vehicles, skateboards, bicycles
    • No animals allowed (except guide dogs)

  • Tickets for Super League Games

    Ticketing is managed by the respective organizers. For home games of FC Zürich or GC Zürich, please contact the official ticket shops or ticket partners directly:

    Note: Tickets are usually also available at the box office on match day, provided the game is not sold out. For exact information, please contact the respective club directly.

  • Maternity & Childcare

    Unfortunately, Stadium Letzigrund does not provide changing facilities or dedicated nursing rooms.

    For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed inside the stadium, and no stroller parking is available on-site. Bringing breast pumps, however, is permitted.

  • Bags & Backpacks

    Bringing bags and backpacks into Letzigrund Stadium during football matches is permitted provided they do not exceed A4 size. Larger bags or backpacks are not allowed for security reasons. Please bring only essential items.

  • Payment Options in the Stadium

    Cash payments are possible at some stands.

    However, the majority of concession stands at Stadium Letzigrund are cashless. Accepted payment methods include TWINT, credit cards, and debit cards.

  • Food & Beverages

    Stadium Letzigrund offers a diverse and varied selection of food and drinks. Our catering partner regularly introduces new highlights and seasonal specialties, ensuring the offerings are always fresh and appealing.

    Note: Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted. All catering services are provided by our catering partner ZFV-Genossenschaft.

  • Directions & Public Transport

    Stadium Letzigrund is easily accessible by public transport. We recommend all visitors, especially on match days, to travel by train, tram, or bus.

    By Train

    Take a train to Zürich HB. From there, the fastest way to reach Stadium Letzigrund is by S-Bahn. Board a line heading towards Bahnhof Altstetten. After arriving at Altstetten, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the stadium along well-signposted and safe urban routes.

    To the SBB timetable

    By Tram / Bus

    From Zürich HB, you can reach Stadium Letzigrund conveniently by tram. Take Line 3 towards Albisrieden or Line 14 towards Triemli to the Stauffacher stop. There, transfer to Line 2 towards Schlieren, which takes you directly to the Letzigrund stop. The journey takes about 15–20 minutes and runs at regular intervals.

    Alternatively, you can take Bus 31 towards Zürich Hermetschloo and get off at the SBB-Werkstätte stop. From there, it’s only a five-minute walk to the stadium.

    By Car

    If traveling by car, approach via central Zürich. Follow the signs marked «Stadion Letzigrund» which lead directly to the venue. Please note that parking around the stadium is limited. We therefore recommend arriving early or using public transport, especially on event days when traffic is heavier.
