Solidarity, hope and cohesion at Letzigrund stadium
On Sunday, 30 August 2026, the Letzigrund stadium will once again become a place where emotions, community and commitment take centre stage. At the PINK RIBBON CHARITY WALK, people from all over Switzerland will come together to set a strong example in the fight against breast cancer.
Whether walking, running or jogging – it’s not the speed that counts here, but the message. The Charity Walk stands for solidarity, courage and hope. Thousands of participants in pink create a unique atmosphere that touches and unites.
With a varied supporting programme, music, shared moments and the moving solidarity ribbon, this day will be an unforgettable experience – for participants and spectators alike.
The number of participants is limited to 5,000 people. Registration will open on 13 April 2026.
Event programme & highlights
The PINK RIBBON CHARITY WALK offers a varied day programme for young and old – emotional, active and inspiring:
| 12:00 pm | Distribution of Pink Ribbon shirts & caps |
| 12:15 pm | Start of supporting programme with music & show acts |
| 13:00 hrs | Hip-hop training for children aged 6 and over |
| 13:40 | Warm-up in the infield for everyone |
| 14:00 hrs | Photo opportunity: joint solidarity ribbon |
| 14:30 hrs | Start of the 4 km charity walk |
| Afterwards | Food stalls, refreshments & music |
| 16:00 hrs | Distribution of give-aways |
| 17:00 hrs | End of the event |

Participation & Categories
The Charity Walk is open to everyone – regardless of age or fitness level:
- Speeder – running or jogging
- Walker – walking or Nordic walking
- Family – with children or prams
Families with children under the age of 12 should register in the Family category.
Children under the age of 6 can take part free of charge (without a race number).
Entry fees
- Bronze: CHF 45.- (CHF 10.- donation)
- Silver: CHF 55.- (CHF 20.- donation)
- Gold: CHF 105.- (CHF 70.- donation)

⚠ Notes:
- No timekeeping – the walk is all about community and experience
- Dogs, scooters or similar equipment are not permitted in the stadium
- Insurance is the responsibility of the participants
